    A start and park team!

His followers kill me. They treat him as if he is the Messiah! They can't continue to live in the past. Today he is no more than an average driver. They're are a least 20 other drivers that deserve the publicity and coverage that is being given to him. All of the questions blaming everyone but him is getting old. He is not the only driver that has had a less than perfect car. The difference is they can adapt, improvise and overcome! The truth hurts!!!

Dale would work out well at Front Row Motorsports.

To those who say he should go to Stewart Haas, Stewart Haas Racing IS Hendrick Motorsports. Everything about Stewart Haas is manufactured by Hendrick Motorsports and they utilize some of the same personnel.

I agree anywhere but Hendrick. Remeber Kyle Busch was at Hendricks and did nothing. Busch didnt start winning until he got out of there. Hendrick only cares about the 24 and 48. The 5 and 88 are his experimental teams. Ideally Jr should head to Childress. atleast Childress makes it a point to make sure that all of his cars are running up front. Stewart Haas would be another good choice. Heck I would even go with going to EGR racing would be better for him.

I see Jr both using for Ginn, or happening his own. Hendricks is complete, and except they unload Kyle Busch, this is going to stay that way. Gibbs would not want the Bud sponsorship, and that i imagine Jr would not want to lose the money he receives from them. i incredibly do not imagine he will flow to RCR at this level of his occupation. He needs to make his mark faraway from the air of mystery of his Dad, for now. Now at Ginn, he might want to be the right canines, with the Bud sponsorship, likely better % from sales of Jr merchandise, and the tutelage of Mark Martin, who he respects.Plus Ginn will placed money into solid automobiles for Jr, so he can relax and force.yet, do not count number out him going it on his own, in spite of everything he does have the centers mutually with his own Busch crew, JR Motorsports.

Jr, will stay where he is because nobody wants or needs a Non Winning driver now.

Stewart/Haas damn sure don't need him!

Let him start up his own team, being that he has all that Money from his" merchandise" sales

Rick wants the money from souvenir sales. So Junior won't be going anywhere unless he decides to leave. If he goes anywhere, I would say it would be to either RCR or Stewart/Haas. He would fit in with either team.

Stewart/Haas would be the best place for Junior. That would make a good strong team for Tony as well. I just want to see Junior move on and take his Nationwide team with him. =0)

Why on earth would any other team want him?

He have to bring Jr motorsports to cup but he broke in the first 4 races after wrecking

RCR Racing would be best for him, as they really know how to encourage and support their drivers.
