Can someone explain my cholesterol levels?
I can't remember all my numbers but believe my total cholesterol was 6.4. The Dr said this was a little high, but not to worry as my triglycerides were low at 0.07. The Dr said to just eat well and exercise which I already do. So do I have high cholesterol or not? Thanks

Currently, you don't have high cholesterol, but you have great chances to have in future. With the right regimen you are following, you won't have high cholesterol problems. Take care!
