what's an expression meaning meaning someone cannot do 2 things at the same time?

Such as 'he is unable to walk and chew gum at the same time.'

    Big H's suggestions refer to general mental defectives, not necessarily to somerone who can't do two things at once. The classic 'straight' expression in the UK these days would be 'he cannot multi-task'.
