My client smells like smoke, should i tell my boss?

I have a client who smells horrible like smoke, and i have asthma really bad so it just increases it. Should i tell my boss? Do i have the right legally to say that i need to let the client go because it is a health risk for me?

If your clients smoke smell actually is triggering a asthma attack, by all means you need to let your superiors know. They will either have someone else take over that client or at least KNOW what to do if you DO have an attack!

Plus it'll be on record. Just in case.

    Yuk! Nothing like stinky clients!!!
