What happened to my top contributor badge?

I noticed many regular TC in the categorise I answer questions in have lost their TC badge. I was a little confused at first, so I came to the Yahoo! Answers category - and see many questions asking about the TC badge being lost.

It seems only the very lucky ones were able to keep their TC badge, while most TC lost their TC badge.

Just another glitch I'm assuming. I wonder how long it'll take to fix this one.

I have seen a few questions about the top contributor badge this afternoon and it seems that it is a glitch. Once Yahoo have cleared the glitch then you will get your badge back again, so just hang on in there.

Thanks, Amanda ----since Amanda said they're looking into it. That means it's not something intentional , or she'd know about it, being the Lead Designer.

I think it was a fault in the system, although I dunno why only some of us lost it..
