8GB Sony Walkman MP3 player video format?

Question

I just bought the 8gb Sony Walkman MP3 player and i would like to put a few movies and videos in it but i was wondering what format the videos have to be in in order for the Walkman to play them and if you could also possibly tell me of a way in which i could download the movies and then convert them i would really appreciate. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes their time to answer my question.
