Why do some people drive with Parking Lights?
when its really time for head lights, or even after dark on city streets (with street lights ) , then they want to blame someone that pulls out in front of them, 'cause they cant see them ?

265:112 Parking Lights. – Parking lights shall be displayed by all vehicles parked wholly or partially on a way, from 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise, and at other times whenever rain, snow, or fog shall interfere with clear vision, unless said vehicles are plainly visible because of street or other lights. "

Hah, i just had to go to court for this today. It was a complete accident (I thought my lights were on, and they were dim anyway, so I couldn't even tell they weren't on!). But I still got stuck with a hundred dollar fine and 10 hours community service! All for a stupid mistake.

They are stupidheads, Duh! They are only a problem with other stupidheads that not watching out for the stupidheads. Since *you* noticed them, you are not one of the stupidheads and you are safe.
