Dell 1310 notebook connecting to the internet Problem.?

Hi,

When I use any Dial-up connection and after connecting, I don't have internet access. I used several ISP companies, but the problem didn't fix. I'm sure that my internal modem works properly. This problem also exists with Wireless Networks.

Please help me. Thanks.

    if you say modem works properly. How do you set your internet connection?

    I think that is the problem.
