Sorry, that's pretty much impossible. The best you can get are the email addresses found in the Help Center, but most of them are programed with automatic computer responses and some of them don't even work. And you cannot mail him or her because facebook has so many problems, so many frustrated users, and so many random changes (that no one is told about and that confuses everyone) that if they did have such an email address available to the general public they'd probably receive a million complaints a day.

I think it would be easier to contact aliens than the facebook CEO's.

It's not that simple.
