How can you make egg mcmuffins without muffins? You would be making egg mcbreads. Will it still be good? It will be a fried egg sandwich. How is anyone supposed to know if you would find that tasty? I like egg sandwiche so there is a chance you would like it but you would have to try it yourself.
Is that healthy? Make it whole wheat toast and add some fruit and then yes, it would be healthy enough. Just go easy on the butter.

It'll be fine. You can't cook the egg the way McDonalds does probably, maybe if you have a ring.
You can eat one egg every day without worry. Eggs aren't nearly as bad as they were thought to be a few years ago. Don't have a 4 egg omelet, but what you have in mind is fine.
I like the ones I make at home better. The muffin from McDonalds always seems like it's been in a microwave, a little rubbery.

They are relatively easy to make at home if you have eggs, cheese and canadian bacon/ham. I've tried them on regular bread, but IMO they taste a lot better on an english muffin. I put my egg in a coffee mug then cooked it in the microwave and it came out with the nice circle shape which is perfect for english muffins (like McDonalds).

An english muffin is a bit hard to describe but having lived in England but being an American the best thing I can equate it to is a crumpet as far as texture, the taste is not the same tho, it tastes like bread. A biscuit is a dollup of baked dough with baking powder or soda. A basic biscuit isn't very flavorful but has a nice flakey texture (usually made with shortening). It's often served with butter. BTW as a response to others answers english muffins are not "cakes" or in anyway cake like. And biscuits are not scones. They are both bread products but the taste and texture are very different.

I eat them almost every morning when I have time. I like the ones I make better then mcdonals. I either fry my egg or scramble it with cheese and throw it on whatever bread I have around the house. (Usually a english muffin, bagel or some whole wheat toast) its good either way. Oh and instead of regular bacon I use turkey bacon, its healthier and gives it a better taste.

It would just be an egg sandwich and yes it will be good. Who told you eating eggs was bad? They arent bad at all! If you are watching your cholesterol then you would want to take out the yolk but eggs are an excellent source of protein.
