how do I determine the 'appropriate viewing rectangle' for a function?

I have calculus homework and one of the problems asks me to find the appropriate viewing rectangle for a function. I assume it wants me to do it algebraically based on what I'm reading. Here is the function: f(x)=5+20-x^2

Viewing rectangle may be referring to a domain and range for the function. This function is a parabola, and there may be a typo in the middle - should that be 20x instead of 20? In any event, figure out the domain and range and define a rectangle from that.
