TPC Blue Monster at Doral?
Playing TPC Blue Monster at Doral in October. VERY PSYCHED!!!
Any advise? I am a high handicapper, but can't pas up this opportunity to play one of the premier courses!
Brian, one of my pet peeves on the golf course is people who do not replace divots. The other pet peeve, people who do not repair ball marks. These irk me more than slow play! So trust me, I will respect the course!
As for having fun, I have been playing for just over 3 seasons now. Love playing. Still learning the game but always have fun. Have come home with a 120 on the scorecard, wife asked how I played said, $hitty, but had a great time!

Play from the forward tee or you're not going to have a very good round and take plenty of balls.

Only one...have fun. As a high handicapper you are going to hit some hazards and loose a few golf balls. But there is always a hole or two where you pull off a good shot. Those will be the ones you remember.
