Where can I find a RASTA prom dress?

I want a prom dress that is very ME for my senior prom, but I can't seem to find a prom dress that has the color scheme I want---red, green, yellow and black. Is there a place to customize a dress online, or has anyone seen anything like this? I want it to be very FORMAL [no beach dresses], long and pretty. Please help me, prom is in March and I'm freaking out! Even if it isn't "rasta", I would kind of like to stick with the hippie/island style, if you can find anything like that. Thank you so much.

    Omg I am trying to answer your question since a while ago and it won't submit! UGH!

    Here's what I want to share with you.

    You could get a black dress and get a nice bracelet with rasta colors to wear with it.

    Or you could get a black dress and some nice bright red pumps, a yellow bracelet and green earrings to go with it.

    And here I found a very Island like dress (I live in Aruba, which is in the Caribbean so I understand what you mean with Island/beach like)

    Besides, it's your senior prom. You want to look pretty. You want to look back at that picture in a few years and say 'I looked damn good!' Instead of regretting wearing a Rasta DRESS. I think that's too much and might look clowny and costume-y.
