fantasy nfl trading question...?
i traded a player before sunday's game. how can i get that new player that i added to my team to get his stats for that sundays game. i traded a player on saturday and said it wouldnt be active till week 3 but the stats might be retroactive if the player was on the trade list or "on the bench"

You probably won't be able to use him in your game this week. Depending on the the league and fantasy provider you will most likely still incur the stats of the player you traded

When you agree to a trade there is usually a waiting period so that the league can evaluate the deal. This is typically a 2-day process which means that if you agreed to the trade on Saturday it would not be finalized until Tuesday.
You should be able to use the player you traded until the trade goes through but the player you are acquiring will not be available to you until Week 3.
