Is it advisable to connect the UPS in power buster than to AC main?

I have connected my UPS to power buster instead of AC main. Is it correct?

    UPS may be safely connected to AC main directly. Any fluctuation in the current will be managed by the UPS and the output will be only the required voltage as the country.
