    Fancy French = Bar Boulud

    Fancyish Mexican = Rosa Mexicano

    Fancy continental/French = Nice Matin

There's also a new restaurant opening on the Lincoln Center campus itself:

Bar Boulud is one of Daniel Boulud's restaurants. The food is good and the atmosphere is pretty hip. However, you will probably need reservations.

If you head down a bit to Columbus Circle, however, the sky's the limit. Jean-George (amazing), Per Se, A Voce, Landmarc, Masa...(For these you will DEFINITELY need reservations).

However, If I could only recommend one place, I'd say go to Telepan. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The food is awesome (locally sourced, seasonal, etc), the service is impeccable, and it's close by at 69th between Columbus and CPW.

After the show, if you're looking for good wine and tapas, head over to Barcibo Enoteca on 69th and Broadway.

    Enjoy.
