Okay, so basically he's in one of my classes and one of my after-school activities. I know he's the type that would wanna be friends with a girl before embarking on a relationship, so how do I talk to him and make plans to do stuff AS FRIENDS that will eventually become a date later on?

Just go somewhere, but not necessariy;l the two of you, I'd make it a group of friends, so there are no awkward situations, and you can just talk to him, litlle by little you'll get closer and eventually, youmight go out somewhere just the 2 of you. Just be careful with not falling into the friends for eternity zone, lol. It's hard toget out of it afterwards
