the best way to gain weight is the natural way, lean protein like chicken breast and even red meats are not bad, however whey protein is good as well as highly recommended ADVOCARE products. Advocare has some great stuff that contain essentials like vitamins and minerals and of course protein. Also studies have shown that popular supplements contain arsenic, calcium, lead and mercury, which are all poisons. Advocare is completely certified and used by olympic athletes so it is obviously safe, and it obviously works. Don't waste your time with something like myoplex.

Also I'd step up that squat number if I were you, at 180 your capable of more!

only use creatine if you plan on working out like a maniac, creatine just adds water to the muscle (hydrating it) allowing you to go harder and longer, however doing a standard or fairly rigorous routine will not justify the use of creatine.

To be honest, the only thing that you should be taking during working out is protein and at the most (which I don't highly recommend but you can) take creatine. Keep it simple and workout naturally. Protein just helps to recover and if you mix it with 2% milk or whole milk, you can gain a little bit of extra weight. My senior year, I was 210 at the start of the summer, worked out all summer and drank protein with 2% milk and eventually got up to 225. Lost weight now, but just stick to protein for sure.
