That may be a sign of bowel obstruction and you should see a doctor. Check here.

you will be fine until you go to the Dr on Monday, just be sure to tell the Dr on Monday. The worst thing you could do though is push to hard. You dont want to do that, it could make your hernia worse. Just take it easy. If it becomes uncomfortable ask someone to pick you up a laxative from the pharmacy so you can go to the bathroom more easily. Goodluck, you will be fine. David RN/EMT
