Has anyone gone through a reputable company and refinanced their home with cash out at 100%?

Meaning of course that you refinanced your home and then took at the full amount of equity? This is what I would like to do but I'm having trouble finding a company that is in good standing.

New Federal Standards are not allowing this.

Whatever company you find doing this could likely be a scam.

    Please step carefully.

No, even FHA requires you to keep some equity in the home

Uh 100% cash out doesn't happen anymore.
