Windows 7 Theme Change Problem.?
because i got so many programs running at start up so i run msconfig and disable all startup programs then when i restart the computer my theme changed to classic and when i go to control panel -> user display and windows 7 and aero theme style is missing (gray cant click)
did enable all startup in msconfig and restart and still the same
tks problem fixed by system restore

Don't disable start up items unless you know what they are for. Most of the Microsoft items in there are useful for Windows to work properly.
Go back to MSCONFIG and enable the items you disabled before, and then reboot your system.

Have you tried to press the window key, type aero, then proceed to click the "find and fix problems with transparency and other visual effects"? if you let that run it should usually fix the program if its a stray program not behaving.
