I hate when i see that. One time my kids were asking about that.

but they do it because it makes them "macho" or give them man power

but in reality, it because they envy the size of the fake ones. hahah

I'm a guy and think it's classless too for my taste. However, My friend used to have some chrome ball's on his very nice lifted truck and you would not believe how many times "20-something" girl's would take pictures of each other sitting on the ground cupping them in one hand and laughing. It happened everywhere. The mall, a concert, the grocery store, the library. Didn't matter!

Really dude?! Woww..... Okay the easy answer is because it's f*cking hilarious to see reactions. But the psychological answer is that it represents the manliness and nature of the man and the truck, it's just about as macho as one can get without putting antlers on their truck

They put the balls on the trucks because they don't have any balls of their own!!! ;)

Because they probably have tiny balls, so they have to put them on their truck to make themselves feel better about their inadequacy.

Its the only way they can tell you about how much balls their truck has without lying because without them their truck has NO BALLS.

People often times do things because they think it is funny or otherwise amuses them. Now, not all people have the same sense of humor, and your apparent dislike of balls ("its gross") causes you to not like this particular display. I don't like that "hey soul sista" song (its gross), but GDI it's everywhere...
