heat waves are local daily weather which varies widely for many reasons

climate is the average to describe the usual weather in a larger region

earth weather and climate is due to many complicated things. for our purposes we consider the sun pretty stable although it can have sun weather of its own

PS to Gimme strength. the physical processes in the sun are fairly well known for the last 100 years and we learn more all the time

the sun dues NOT burn like a wood fire. It is a huge continuously exploding Hydrogen bomb. its energy comes for the E = MC^2 . hydrogen atoms "smusch together" to become Helium atoms which have LESS Mass than the hydrogen. the "missing mass" appears as energy of sun light, heat and radiation..It is not "rocket science " or magic

the current discussion of global warming or global climate change is based on millions of measurement over the last few hundred years and the scientific study of ice cores, ocean and land cores and other studies that give indication of the earth conditions hundreds of thousands of years ago

The Sun is a G2 type main sequence star which is about half way through its hydrogen burning phase within the core. It will remain in this state for approximately another 4.6 billion years with little variation in its overall state.

Variations in temperature on Earth are caused largely by climatic conditions. At best, changes in solar emissions manifest themselves in the upper atmosphere through the appearance of aurora. While attractive to look at (especially around the polar regions), they have no effect on temperatures at ground level.

Ignore these statements about the sun cooling down. And how do these experts work this out?

The sun is the biggest enigma of all time, in how it keeps on burning and never getting any smaller and so on.

Self perpetuating is the sun, a never ending ball of fire. Keep up your study of the sun because the interest is there for all to see, (through tinted spectacles).
