WTF-World Taekwondo Federation. This is what you see in the Olympics, known as Olympic style tae kwon do. Generally, WTF focuses more heavily on kicking, but they still learn the use of hands. Sparring is almost always full contact. They have forms that are very similar but are different to ITF. They also do all the basic martial arts training including board breaking. However, I rarely see weapons training, other than your bare hands of course.

I'm not sure which WTF you mean because there is an e-fed called World Turmoil Wrestling and an expression What The Fu*k?.But if you mean the expression,it's clearly different.WWE is a wrestling promotion,why do you even think they are the same.
