They're opposed to accountability.

There were too many exceptions to the accountability law, which, oddly enough, most of them supported the Democratic party with campaign contributions.
The ones that would have to comply were going to be forced to bend over and hold their ankles.
But, since the Libby sock puppet accounts, i mean, numerous Libbies are on, lets keep it simple.
Make it apply to everyone and lets not bury it in paperwork.

I read the whole story and the Democrats wanted to use it as an advantage to control votes and create an unfair advantage. We cant have that now can we. Why are the Democrats focusing so much on minor issues and so little on the economy. It's the economy stupid.

Because they fear Investigations launched by the likes of Pelosi, when their supporters support an idea that liberals disagree with.
