virus removal help PWS:MSIL/VB.B?

Hi every time i log on to my account on my PC running win7, microsoft security essentials detects 2 potential threts, both named PWS:MSIL/VB.B.

I have reserched this and it is a keylogger. i am trying to work out how to sucsesfully remove it as microsoft security essentials says it has been removed after i press "clean computer" but it returns.every time i login to my account.

    boot computer and tap the F8 key repeatedly then choose safemode with networking open browser and go to safety.live.com that is microsoft's online virus scanner run protection scan then run the cleanup scanner it's free...or use another computer go to Avira.com and download a rescue disk it's free then set your bios to boot from cd/dvd and run the antivirus before anything can boot...Pandasecurity.com offers one it's free

    This is a keylogger .dropper trojan, which means your passwords could be compromised. Get a copy of MalwareBytes from MajorGeeks.com and run it.

    This will need manual removal, unfortunately.
