I'm pro death penalty if they are 1000000000000000% sure they did it. I know a man that spent years in jail after being accused of child molestation only to be freed because of DNA testing.

I believe abortion is okay in cases of rape and incest or to save the life of the mother. I understand that under such gruesome circumstances only the woman can decide if she can handle continuing the pregnancy. Nobody has the right to make that decision for her.

I also think they are okay under 8 weeks because the fetus can't think yet.

    I do.

However, I am also FOR the death penalty for murder as a penalty for committing the crime. It seems a contradiction that I am for and against the death penalty at the same time, doesn't it? As for the crime of murder, I feel the penalty should fit the crime and I see it as a life for a life. Does not your scripture say an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth? My problem is with the judicial system. The system has failed in the past. Convicted murderers have been freed because DNA evidence has later proved they could not have done the crime. My problem is that death is one way, and can not be undone if along the way someone screwed up the evidence. There is no OOPS, and a do-over. I wonder how many innocent people have died from being convicted of a crime they did not do. I see even one mistaken conviction as an absolute failure of the system. As long as there is a possibility of error, I am against the system, NOT the penalty itself. In the case of abortion, I believe in a point of viability. I do not think the fetus is "alive" until it becomes viable outside the womb. Prior to that point, if taken from the womb it cannot survive. If it has no potential to become a walking talking person, I do not think it is "alive".

it fairly is fairly insensitive so which you would be able to assume that abortions are comparable to killing a guy or woman. Are you in simple terms blind to what number abortions are finished on fetus with no shaped head? end lowering abortion to three existence or loss of existence decision whilst it fairly is too often loss of existence or loss of existence as an decision. preserving a fetus alive and forcing a mom to furnish some thing without head and lungs is the suitable cruelty for a mom that truly needs to have a toddler.

Convicted murderers should be used as human experiments to advanced the knowledge of mankind.

Abortion is good because it benefits our society's genetic pool by getting rid of the lower classes, who obtain abortions disproportionately.

Yes, there is a big difference between removing a cyst like growth from someone's abdomen and removing a cancer like growth from society.
