I just moved to San Antonio, Texas can anyone tell me why there are so many tire blowouts on the highways here?

When driving on any of the highways here there are tire blowouts on the sides of the road mostly from trucks but cars also. I have never lived anywhere that has so many is it the roads are so hot or?

There's lot's of truck traffic traveling to and from the Mexican border. A lot of those trucks have been traveling for long periods of time from all over North America, so that's probably why. That said, the state could make a better effort to ensure the highway debris is removed as it should be.
