Best Dog Cage for a pitbull?

With my foster pit bulls I have always had better luck with high quality plastic airline crates. Although I did have one dog that learned to pull the door off, and even broke his tooth doing it. How old is this pup? Is there a unspayed female nearby? That could very easily be the cause of his issues if he is matured by not yet neutered.

Also when you put him in the crate add a loaded/stuffed kong in with him. Pack it full of treats, dog food, and peanut butter, so he has to work for a while to get it all out. That always keeps my pack happy for a while, and they forget to cry and bark.

If it were an actual mean dog out for blood I doubt if any fighter would stand a chance. Dogs are highly resistent to pain and extremly fast, not to mention that their teeth can make someone bleed much easir then any punch or kick. Add to that the bite force that a pit bull can apply and I dont see any way that a humen one on one without a weapon can win. Most people here have no idea what alarge aggresive dog can do.

well, after a month it is obvious this puppy doesn't want to calm down. are you letting her out when she whines? if so, leave her in until she calms down, this will teach her she gets out when she calms. NEVER use the crate for discipline. try to go on amazon.com and get her an exercise pen tent, and put yous and blankets in there, but continue crate training.

Well, its pretty obvious, the poor dog doesn't like to be left in a cage, especially not puppies. Get the pup an outside compound so they have room to actually move.
