Why does does "yahoo answers" constantly go to either "cannot display " or cannot find page or not available?

This glitch has been happening for several days, but only in Internet Explorer. I also got Network Issues (not connected on cable or broadband, no internal network either!)
Answers works smoothly on Firefox right now ...
