Does thin very liquidy discharge indicate labor is coming?

I have had what felt like liquid coming out but its more like a clear thin liquid. Is this dishcharge normal or am I leaking?

    this hapend to me wen i was 3 weeks away from having my son it got heaver and thick the midwife said to me its just the mucas plug and can take weeks to come out but i also had lots of braxton hicks during this ... still u should go see ur midwife.... good luck in the labour ward

    Are you the same person that asked earlier about having the contractions? If you are, then you should go to the hospital. You could be in active labor and just not know it because it isnt the same as it was with your first pregnancy.

    does it get faster when you lay down? If it does it could be your membranes have ruptured and I would go to the hospital.

    your discharge will get heavier the further along you get.
