http://in.news.yahoo.com/48/20100928/814/tnl-rajna...
Read this and tell me if it is wise for Indian government to drag religion into everything?? This is not a place for a political rally!!! They have shamed India enough!!! Isn't it time for them to quit embarrasing us??
The issue is not whether to use azaan or vedic chanting.. the issue is why should it now be forcefully inducted? why not earlier? u dont see olympics using a church prayer to start do you?

No,of course not.Not only is it ludicrous but it is a clear case of the government's appeasement
policy in full, free and open operation. And this UPA Government and its constituent political parties have the temerity to call the BJP as communal and themselves as SECULAR ! What hypocrisy!
Have a Nice Day.

I'm not sure that's really "dragging religion into the Games" . Using the sound of the azaan within the sound track is using a sound that many others around the World will feel is evocative of India.

Religion is a personal matter. It should not be brought into the CWG or be made a political football.
The Azaan, the ringing of Temple bells or church bells or the clanging of cymbals has to be left out of any musical score for the CWG. It is a celebration of sport not an inter-faith conference.

opposite to the various comments at here, Celtic Park has the ability below the two end of the main stand to take a canter lever area above the prevailing one. plenty an identical because of the fact the club deck at Ibrox. It became pile pushed and concreted in the previous the two ends have been completed. i comprehend this to be authentic because of the fact our corporation did this artwork. there became a undertaking with the geophysics as there became previous mines below that area which necessary to be crammed in in the previous underpinning artwork ought to be finished. actually Celtic want extra seats and the foresight of Fergus McCann in this concern became mandatory in getting the artwork completed in the previous the stands at the two end ought to be completed. So there's a plan to develop the potential to 80 two,000 seats and the hot significant stand would be fantastic. there will be a perspex roof and it will upward thrust in an arch above the prevailing top of the three different stands, as a consequence polishing off wee Fergus McCanns imaginative and prescient from 10 years in the past. i'm hoping this clears up any confusion and all befuddled people who think of it became built at the cheap, evaluate your self telt!!!!

All Indian events are started with Saraswati Vandana and everybody accept it with all heartedly...now if the Azan voice is included in Sound track of CWG ....why this hue & cry...after all India is a democratic country which is always praised for its seccular fabric !
