How do you play hd quality videos on your computer?

like if you downloaded a tv show in hd. I have a divix player and when I try to play the file an error message pops up and says i need additional fiters but when i check for updates it says im up to date what can i do to play the files

    I think it involve codec issue... U need a good codec player to run it, like mkv format..

    What i choose is K-lite Mega Codec, it has all the codec require to play all player.. and it simple..

    And also CCCP also is best alternative,..

    Btw, i combine both by install K-Lite Mega Codec 1st, and CCCP without player, and all set..

    Then enjoy your HD...

    Yes there is a problem, in your case you beeter use a Freemake Video Converter, it supports a lot of different codecs, and if you need an unsupported video to be played in your player you always can convert it to any format.

    Just download Combined Community codec pack it's the best I use it on all my windows PC's
