If you are an indian cricket team selector,What are the changes you would like to do?Narrate why?

If i became an Indian cricket team selector pick some talented cricketer like Irfan.Dravid,Uthappa,Tiwary,sreesanth not like jadeja,Rohit,Yousaf..These guys also have talent but they need some experience and improve his talent..Bcoz thier vperformance is so bad in last year..Dravid & Irfan can play very well in critical situations and also create pressure to the opposite teams..

i would like to change the fitness time table of indian cricket team

fitness is one of the biggest fact's in cricket, it not that indian team is not fit... but more fitness will make players to survive more in the international arena.. other wise injuries and other problems related to body will occur....... for ex virat kholi got cramp on his right leg in the second one day international match against srilanka, and later he was making his runs with the help of by-runner. so indian cricket team should concentrate on fitness level a more

If i m selector i will choose ajit agarkar intead of ishant sharma because agarkar is a good alrounder and performed well in ranji and l balaji instead of praveen kumar because balaji is doing well in all ipl seasons for chennai super king and this year champions league too(and dont forget the batting style of agarkar and bright smile of balaji)

if i wud get a chance,i wud call dravid back,throw away jadeja out & give chance to players like utthappa,irfan,RP ,sreesanth.

dravid will give stablity to fragile indian middle order.jaqdeja is given so many chances & irfan,RP etc shud get 2nd chance to prove themselves like yuvraj &bhajji get
