Do you mean for employees in the hospitality industry?
Cuts, burns, slips, trips, falls, injury from heavy lifting.
For customers, they sometimes get hurt through their own carelessness.

i would say that in hotels it would have to be falls and in restaurants burns and poor help, i. e. waitresses and cooks
