If your boss changed your schedule to...?
where you had to get up at 3:30 in the morning, vs. 9:30 in the morning previously.....what would you do?
Won't affect what I'm doing, just curious as to what other people would do in my situation.

If I wanted to keep my job, I'd be up at 3:30.

Depending on where you live, a manager is allowed to make changes to your working schedule within certain limits. These changes must be reasonable.
Best practice dictate negotiation either directly or through some elected representative (possibly a union rep), in a situation where such drastic changes are called for.
Since the change was unilateral, not open to discussion/negotiation and required that I work unsociable (ie: unreasonable) hours, I would quit and sue for wrongful dismissal.
