IN the dance of life, one does that which is natural so as to move in harmony with the energy of life.

There is both a time to rejoice and a time to weep however, it might be wise to realize what is the true nature of that reality your mind has created for you by your own understanding and view of the same.

Will tears help you to heal the physical discomfort you think you are experiencing? They might if you have injured your eye and your body is trying to wash something out of it other wise...not so much.

Will tears help you to reach and understanding of the choices you have made in relation and regard to the other person who seemingly has hurt your feelings? Will the tears resolve any issues left unresolved?

We live only in the present moment of the here and now. At this moment you can endure the pain or your body would have ceased to function. Don't even imagine that the pain will not end or that it will go one and on and live moment by moment instead. The pain also serves to awaken you to the present moment and to be here now. It may then be seen as a blessing.

Most emotional pain is related to fear as in the fear of loss, the fear of being alone and a fear of loss of control but are such understandings correct?

You can not own or possess another so the relationship has changed but you did not lose anything or anyone. Your desire to do so is, like all desires, causing your suffering. We are all and each a part of the collective whole that is the nature of existence arising from interdependence. we are one with the Oneness of all that is as such is the true nature and reality of Being. This may be a lesson and an opportunity for you to awaken to the same. These might be understood as blessings and as Grace.

If you have been practicing more than just the physical aspects of martial arts then you should be well aware of this. If all you have been practicing is the physical aspects of martial arts then you have been wasting your time.

Each one chooses how that one views that which is and such an understanding allows our mind to create the illusion (Maya) that we exist in.

First, learn who you truly are (i.e., you are not a name, a title, a conglomeration of particles, a job, an achievement, etc., even the major organs in your body can be replaced and yet "you" will still be, even you mental abilities, your mind can become corrupted and yet "you" are still there...as the observer and mirror of the dance you are taking part in. So, "Who are you"?). Answer that question and you will have the answer to all other questions.

I would ask you to use this time to being to "be" that which you are. Just be, quieting your mind, just breathing and "be".

Due to situation I have practiced myself to control my feelings. Therefore, the days of tears have gone when I was a small boy. I don't think that you can hold them back. Even if you can, I think that you should not do because it may create some health problem. Flowing tears should not be stopped. Let them flow. It may give some relief to you. In everything there are spirits. If you think that you are accustomed to certain habits, spirits are the reason. Spirits always make people to do almost everything again and again in the same way they did before. If you understand this then you can control your feelings and emotions.

when one is in either physical or emotional pain the body creates energy, you need to expel this energy by crying. If you do not that energy will create physical problems which will make things worse...

    Let your feelings flow.

If you attempt to suppress them they will only manifest as something else and make you ill or angry.

Our emotions rise and fall so let them move naturally.

The best way to allow your pain to move is to observe it instead of identifying with it.

I find that letting the tears flow is far more therapeutic and cleansing.

    Let 'er rip!

When the clouds gotta rain, they gotta rain, holding it back only complicates the matter ^_^. no shame in crying, just shame in being afraid of what others will think of you...

whichever way feels best to you... as long as you feel better after whatever, best to cry, as you let it all out...
