How can I check on whether someone actually graduated from a college. What degrees they have.?
Whether or not they have a degree. I am not an institution that can make this inquiry - just an individual looking for the truth.

You need the full name and year graduated, contact the school's registrar or archives. It's public info and they are used to handling these requests.
