How do I measure ambient light with a meter?
I am attempting to use a Minolta Flash Meter IV to measure ambient light. I need to take light readings in a parking lot for future security cameras. The meter is requesting settings for ASA/ISO and shutter speed. Since this is for use with digital video cameras there is no film so I don't know the ASA/ISO and there is no shutter speed.

(until you shoot virtual and opt for the HDR alternative which will see eight or 10 stops. this calls for photoshop / paintshop professional and for reference, you desire the mannequin competently uncovered, no longer the heritage... the mannequin is your most important field, so meter that, and use a shallow DOF to blurr the heritage
