What is the Return policy at Nordstroms if...?
you bought a pair of ugg boots there like a year ago and you no longer have the reciept? I have the original box with them. They are clean but the stings in the front started unravelling. Do you think they would return or exhange them?

knowing that nordstorm has an excellent return policy they could exchange them. I think they use the barcode on the box if you don't have a receipt.
Doesn't hurt to try.
