Yes. She should go back to her doctor and get tested for it again to make sure it's gone.

No you do not have to get another pap smear. Take the pills the symptoms will go away and that's how you know its gone.

Your symptoms if you had any should disappear. I had trichomonas and my symptoms were yellow discharge with an odor, itching, and swelling. My gyno put me on 8 pills total of Tindamax to be taken over two days. Symptoms cleared up about 2 days after that.
