CBS no longer free to watch OTA?

Ok so NBC merged with Comcast and I hear that's why they're not free over the air anymore but what happened to CBS? Last sunday my tv stopped receiving those two channels at the same time. Is it just me or did something happen to CBS too?

Update:

I scanned four times already.... damn it... guess I have to keep trying.

It's just you (and some of the paranoid crap that's been floating around since the NBC Universal deal was announced). The deal isn't final yet (the FCC still has to give final approval...and it's not a merger--Comcast is buying majority ownership in NBCUni [what the Wall Street and media industry types call the combined NBC and Universal Studios], not merging with it; the European Union already cleared it)...the NBC television network is still over-the-air as is CBS.

Time to scan the channels on your TV again..
