Monkeys did not transform into humans. A population of an ancestor to monkeys and humans became separated due to some difference. Then they continued to differentiate while the group which became monkeys differentiated as well. Thus, monkeys cannot transform into humans because humans did not descend from monkeys, at least in the current sense.

well the answer's evolution. haha its not like a group of monkeys decided "hey half of us we'll remain moneys, and the half of you turn into something else"

-its a gradual process, and when environments changes, and some characteristics are favourable over others. and for some monkeys their environment was fine and they didn't evolve.
