Depressed after I'm off birth control?
I took birth control for about 7 months and now I'm off it, but I've been feeling really depressed lately. I've heard of birth control causing depression when you're on it, but can it cause depression from getting off of it? Thanks for the help

no, there is no truth in that matter maybe you are stress or you have something in mind that burdens you. best way to cope depression is go to friends and tell them what you really feel or have some meditations for you to relax and unwind...
