Is there a device I can buy to send video from a wireless-n router to an hdmi input? PC to TV?
The PC is on the same floor as the TV, but too far for an hdmi cable. It would be too messy.
I have an hdmi-out on my PC. I think they make things that you can plug into the hdmi's that send and receive video, however, I figure if I already have a wireless router, I can save money by not having to pay for the extra technology of sending out the signal by buying that.

ok the first answerer was completely oblivious to the question you asked. i have thought this same thing and wanted to buy something like this. they are out of my budget (my budget is tiny haha) bestbuy has them i believe. be careful to make sure that if you get one it doesnt send only video. you need to send audio as well. if you have an xbox 360 you can wirelessly connect your computer to your xbox and watch movies though the windows media center thing. i love that aspect and that is what i use for free. i just turn on my laptop that is anywhere in the house and fire up my xbox and watch whatever i want.

My dad has a USB think that plugs into the TV. He gets movies from his PC and puts them on his USB stick, then walks across the room, plugs it in this USB device and sits down watching his movies.
Don't know what you call them though. It's really nice!
