Well it may not seem to bad at first. But I mean think about. If you drink 1 every day for a long period of time it could add up to a whole bunch! Like if you eat one every day for 2 years, that adds up to 730 cans! Which is a lot. I am not trying to stop you from drinking soda. I am just saying you are probably better of drinking 2 or 3 cans every 3 days. Or however you want to balance it is fine. have a nice day:)

Hmmmmm i guess it's fine but have something healthy once a day, like instead of soda have juice or fruit or veggy smoothy.

If it's a can, mmmmmmm its... barely alright. If it's a bottle, then aheck no. Try keeping it to about 12 oz a day at the MOST

A 12 oz can of Coca-Cola has 39 grams of sugar .One teaspoon of sugar is about 4.2 grams. 39/4.2= 9.28 teaspoons of sugar. A 20 oz bottle of Coca Cola has 67.5 grams of sugar. So there's 16 teaspoons of sugar.
