Should the new name of Chicago Bulls be Chicago Fools?

for all you NBA fans who really know basketball, do you honestly think that Noah is a better buy and player than Melo? my goodness, this is probably one of the dumbest act committed in NBA history. Denver is willing to give up Melo with J.R. to the Bulls in exchange for Noah and a couple of picks and so so .... And the Bulls rejected cause they want to keep NOAH????

what a shame... not a shame a problem

Update:

to Kobe - you're probably watching to much drama series lately...

Update 2:

oh and whoever reports my question as an abuse should be considered as dumb as those who made the bulls decision

They'd be fools if they did got rid of Noah and high draft picks for Carmelo Anthony, a player who does nothing to make his team better, and probably plays for stats, and J.R. Smith, a shooting guard with mediocre skill sets other than his Points per Game and a slightly better than mediocre rebounding skill. What kind of guard shoots 70% from the free-throw line, and has no statistics beyond points per game that average above 3. Chicago Bulls made a terrific decision to go with the future of the NBA, and secure a decent squad for the next few years, rather than getting the over-hyped Carmelo Anthony and having nothing to do once his age creeps up.

On the hindsight I don't think the Bulls is anywhere near taking a championship without a trusty center on their line-up. You must take the last three finals for example where both length and athleticism dictated the outcome. Carmelo is a great guy but then again, Chicago has survived the worst (by not pushing for Bryant in 2007).

    Bulls fan.

    Hope this helps.

Because Joakim Noah is a good player, has a lot of heart and brings energy to the team. And he also does that in big games. He gets everyone pumped.

That can makes as much difference as having a great individual performer like Carmelo Anthony on the court.

Plus, the people in Chicago love him.

Plus, he's younger than Carmelo and can play together longer with Derrick Rose.

they never said we would get jr smith too. and if we traded noah, who would be the starting c? kurt thomas? hes like 40 and should only play 15 minutes a game. and now boozer is out the first 15-20 games of the year.

and the trade wasnt even a given. they never said they were willing to do that.

  • nah there are not to many good centers in the nba and noahs one of the best good decision of bulls to keep him and wait till denver takes the deng and gibson deal.
