I was on the shot for 2 years between the ages of 17-19 then went off for a bit and back on here and there until I was about 21 and found the evra patch, Im now 25 and expecting my first child , I had NO problems trying to conceive (in fact baby was a complete surprise to hubby and I)
The shots meant to last 3 months in your system but can take up to a year depending on your body before you could become pregnant, theres no way to tell if your someone who can get pregnant immediately and whether or not the shot influenced that or not, just try, learn when your ovulating and consult with your Dr about whats best for you and getting pregnant

Ugh/// I hate that depo shot!!! considering the fact which you have your cycle returned i could anticipate your physique is returned to universal, or close to to it. it may take as much as 18 months for depo to be out of your gadget, if no longer longer... and various women persons that i understand that had depo, experienced a MC the 1st p.c.. that they had after it. I dont understand how they have the form of drug obtainable.. Yahoo has Yahoo! communities... i understand they used to have a BabyAfterDepoProvera team... you will discover many functional tid bits there.

Since you only had the once shot, things will return to normal a lot quicker.
First thing you need is to get your periods again, but I have heard of women getting pregnant first.
You can start trying but until you get your period again you wont know for sure if you're ovulating.

i had only one shot of the depo in january 09. i only fell pregnant in july this year so a year and a half for me. My doctor told me that it didnt matter how long you had been on the shot for in regards to how long it takes to get pregnant after. good luck :)

The depo's out of your body when you don't go back and get it on the due date. You can start trying for a baby anytime you like.
