Help me sparking is there?

I have created a power supply of 0-30V and my input fuse is frequently breaking and their is sparking in switch and smoke is also coming from switch! PLEASE HELP ME!

    You evidently are drawing much too much current from either a wiring problem with your supply or whatever load you are connecting to. Recheck all your wiring and connections. If this power supply is your own design, post the schematic with values of components and someone can help you from there.
