How to put ur own individual design logo picture on top of ur blog?

i am doing on blogger.com in design option, it has 'drag gadget option' i used it then i chose add picture, then uploaded from my computer and saved. But its not appearing on my blog. Anyone can help? where i am going wrong i followed complete directions.

    The size of the picture may be preventing it from being displayed.

    An easy way to figure that out is to search for:

    "Blogger.com logo image requirements"
